1. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All content is the exclusive property of Lennert Verbeke and protected by copyright. A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for private non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, resell or modify the materials.
2. Ordering, Payment and Delivery
Orders are placed through the website form. Confirmation is sent within 1–4 working hours (Amsterdam time). Payments are processed securely in USD. Digital programs are delivered instantly or within 24 hours with lifetime personal access.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available before delivery and within 14 days of purchase. After delivery, refunds are only granted in cases of technical issues on our side. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
